What This Agent Does

Writes an immutable, append-only record of every human and AI action across Parity — matches, eliminations, rule activations, certifications — pairing each with an approver to prove segregation of duties. It continuously computes control-coverage percentages, flags controls that fall short of 100%, and packages the log into an exportable audit pack for regulators — direct parity with TLM's control-tower and Duco's data-lineage/audit features.
